He is a great addition to the Osseo business district. We were going to order our pizza and go next door for a beer while they prepped it. John asked us why not have a beer here? So we did and he kept us laughing and entertained between answering the phone taking orders. The restaurant was clean, the company was good and pizza looked awesome and smelled and tasted even better. “Really good food and service! Had a great Sunday lunch with my wife! We haven't been to a Chili's in quite a while. The food was delicious and all was what we expected. Loved the rib's, chicken, and quesadilla's! The corn on a cob was an additional treat! Side entrance was unusual, but realized we missed the front door when we got inside.“

“The food was freshly made the kitchen staff did a wonderful job but the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 5 is because the mens restroom was dirty and that bathroom floor is very slippery not sure but im wondering did they use the kitchen mob to clean the bathroom because the slippery floor reminded me of a greasy restaurant kitchen.“

I had the original recipe chicken and it was just right. The mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and great flavor.

All the staff will be dressed up in their neon green, 1980’s retro look, taking it back to a time when the world just seemed like a better place. “Lakeville location had great customer service! We just moved to town and had a horrible day. We decided to just get some pizza for a late dinner and the staff was so friendly and accommodating - it truly helped to make our day a little better. It was also probably one of the best Little Caesar’s pizza we have had - the crust was cooked well and we actually got extra toppings as requested. Overall, great experience at this location 😊“

“I ordered a fairly large order on January 3 2025 They were quite busy, Especially with the new year, just getting. Unfortunately, when they delivered the order, it was incorrect and not what I ordered at all. Definitely put a damper on the night, however I was told by the manager they would comp my order for next time and received a serious apology.
Fast-forward to February 24 2025. I called to collect on my credit, and was told it was never put in the system. What the heck, come to find out that was due to being understaffed and they forgetting to Put the credit on my account. The lady who answered the phone tried to take my order, but because they were so busy and she could not find my credit, she ended up asking me to just come up to the store. I thought to myself why am I going to the store but I’ll go ahead. When I got there the gentleman by the name of Ken greeted me and was quick to take my order. He listened to the problem that I had, and I was taken back when he said you know what, I got this. It’s hard to find people who take responsibility, and accountability for things that they may not have personally caused, but willing to go the extra mile.
