Health Food Restaurants near Forest Lake, MN

“Stopped in with my wife at Be Well Nutrition in downtown Forest Lake and we left genuinely impressed. She tried two of their protein shakes — a fruity one and a peanut butter flavor — and both were fantastic. Creative flavor menu, made fresh, and you can tell they actually care about the nutrition piece, not just throwing something in a blender. The staff were super friendly and helpful, took time to walk us through options, and made the whole stop feel welcoming. If you live in Forest Lake or anywhere in the north metro and you’re looking for a healthy shake, energy tea, or just a better-for-you alternative to the usual coffee shop run, this is the spot. Easy 5 stars — we’ll be back.“

“Very good and very friendly! the shakes are filling and delicious. If you have a chance I highly recommend“
