“I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly & inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment & hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled @ us & thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.“

“This location gets a crush of customers regularly, and they always do the best service they can. Shout out to the veteran crew members who, as I write this, are weathering a storm of people on a Sunday with several employees having called out for the day. They're still doing it with smiles on their faces.“
