“For my birthday, my parents took me to Jasmine 26 Hotspot, and it was the perfect meal—especially as someone who loves hot pot but rarely can find vegan options. We shared a spring roll for an appetizer and it was great. My parents loved the tofu pad thai (vegan if ordered without eggs), while my boyfriend and I each got personal build-your-own hot pots—one with veganized spicy broth and one with veganized tom kha broth. Both broths were absolutely delicious, especially the tom kha. We paired them with rice, noodles, fried tofu, a selection of veggies, and sauces. Everything was so flavorful, and we had enough leftovers for a second meal the next day. The person helping us was very friendly and understood the vegan options. “Great for antisocial socials as you barely need to interact with the restaurant folk! Order and pay with the tablet, and pick up your food from the counter. It's cafeteria-style with plenty of seating. Really adored the vibes of this place. Very homey! The food was good, but on the expensive side for banh mi. Look to spend $25+ per person if you're getting a sandwich, a side and a drink.“

“Came to Minnesota on vacation and looked for a Vietnamese restaurant. We had two types of spring rolls and the banh mi. Both were delicious and fresh and the service was prompt and personal. Highly recommend if looking for Vietnamese food in the area!“

“I just found this place a couple of weeks ago & this is my second time ordering through take out, first of all, pho is one of the best i’ve ever had! broth is amazing & their beef is tender. “My friend and I arrived a little late, just 15 minutes before closing, but we were warmly greeted with a smile from the owner. The hospitality was incredible, but the food was truly the highlight—easily some of the best, if not the best, Vietnamese cuisine in Minnesota. We’ll definitely be coming back!.“

“Trung was very easy to work with for our event where we had Pham's Rice Bowl cater. It was easy to communicate and order the dishes, which were very delicious. The cheese wontons were a hit for our group. We had dietary restrictions for certain dishes and Trung was very accommodating, as well. Great affordable caterer!“
