the booth we were in had a spiders nest in it there was a hair in my boyfriends sandwich and the fries were cold not a very good experienc and when I brought this up to the manager he acted like the hair never happened didn't give us a refund didn't come see the spider in the booth just gave us new fries
My fiancé and I brought our daughter there today for a quick bite to eat since we were in town (not from GR) Well when we ordered, the lady cut me off as I was talking so she didn’t even hear what else I had to say. At the pay window I asked Kari to repeat my order to make sure my fries were on there. She rolls her eyes at me, and starts to repeat it. Then I told her a medium fry & cheeseburger were missing.
