We used to love Papa Murphy's pizza but stay away from this location. They will forget to put sauce on your pizza (three in total) and proceed to blame you for their faults. No refunds, no replacement pizza, no apologies, no thank you Papa Murphy's! Grand Rapids has better pizza options that will include sauce.

I called in an order and didn’t realize it was made wrong until I got home. I called the next day and Luke told me to stop back in. Not only did he remake my pizza correctly he also refunded me and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. I will definitely be going back! It’s nice to see some people still have a good customer service. Thank you Papa Murphy’s and Luke!

It's been a while since I've visited but today I did and was really disappointed at how dirty the floor was. It didn't used to be that dirty. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time, and that reflects on other cleanliness.The employees were nice but didn't seem very happy. It was too quiet and I think some music would make everyone a little happier.The pizza was great.

I love the take and bake pizzas. I live quite a way from town so it's always a fresh pizza. Definitely better than store bought. Really like the CYO because most pizzas come with pepperoni which I don't care for. Great job ?
