The sushi roll was the best ever had. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and easy to share. The Philly roll and Marc’s roll were very good, though one is hot and one is cold. The Yaki udon had a lack of vegetable and steak. For dessert, the best tiramisu ever eaten. The restaurant is very comfortable, and the staff is fantastic. The head chef came out to converse with everyone. For those with allergies, Chef Noe explained how careful they are with allergens and assured no cross contamination. A highly allergic guest had an amazing dish made for them. The owner pops around to all tables to check in. Hastings is the go-to spot for killer restaurants, and Hasu is at the top of the list.
