I just stop going to businesses where the staff is not trained to at least put some effort forth. These folks are awesome. Thank you!“

“I was looking for some prepped meal options that are tasty and healthy…I think I’ve found it. We tried some of the big national brands as a busy couple without a ton of time to make meals. They were all fine for a while, but to be honest they never tasted great. We were between meal prep companies, and we got a recommendation for Individual Nutrition, so we went for it! Their meals were super varied, which was great. We went with all the gluten free options, because we’re that kind of household. They were great. Tasty protein bowls, great porketta and some fun apple protein pancakes! We ate and enjoyed all of them and it looks like their menu continues to expand with more options. I’ve heard rave reviews about their smoothies but haven’t tried them yet. They were easy to work with, the meals came as promised and in great shape, and they have been super fast to respond to any questions I’ve asked along the way. I’d highly recommend them, and we will certainly continue to order to make our lives easier while knowing we’re eating something healthy that actually tastes good!!“

“Great little diner with friendly staff. Often very busy and almost claustrophobic on the weekends- I’ll have to try the outdoor patio. Also, the gravy for the country fried steak is different and NOT country gravy. It’s more of a chicken soup taste with what seemed to be barley?! Country gravy is a classic and I hope the trophy cafe adds it as an option! I would eat here more frequently.“
