To the Boomtown management:
My wife and I had dinner last night at your restaurant and had the poorest excuse for a smoked brisket sandwich we ever had. How any chef can serve a meal like that makes me think he or she is incompetent.
There was barely any meat in the bun and it was tasteless and dried out as if it had been prepared several days ago.
What upsets me the most is that my wife's sandwich was half grizzle and fat.

We are new to the area. My husband has Celiac and we tried BoomTown based on local recommendations. We liked it so much that we have been back twice since. They are Celiac knowledgeable, the food is great, and he has not gotten sick. Also, I really love their Juicy IPA!
Worst service I’ve ever had. Waited at the door as sign had indicated. No one came to seat us for a long time and when they did, were informed to sit wherever. Waitress came to take our order but didn’t bring us menus. Then did take order and drinks took so long to come I had to ask if they were ready yet.
