“We were traveling and stopped in. I ordered our meals through the kiosk. After our meal was prepared, a polite young man brought it to our table and greeted us.

My hamburger still had a pink tinge to it while my husband's was completely cooked. The patties were greasy, but they followed the order completely right with no salt on our meat, a plain double quarter and a quarter with no pickle or onion. The fries, also no salt, were crispy and hot.“

“After eating Burger King since I was a kid 40 years ago, tonight I had probably the best sandwich I've had from any fast-food place. It was super fresh, put together well, and tasted fantastic. Nice job team at the Shakopee Burger King.“

“Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

I can not hype this basket up anymore than I already have. Wonderful food and service.“

“As a retail worker myself, I know when I am being a customer service nightmare for a worker, and last night was one of those nights. We gave Carlos a hard time by bringing a rowdy group and a picky eater, but he handled it so well and was fun, silly, and welcoming of us regardless. A very accommodating and understanding employee and we all think he deserves a raise for being such a good sport while still giving us the same level of care and respect as he would give his better-behaved customers! He has great people skills and I hope he is appreciated for being such a valuable face in the establishment! Thank you Carlos!“
