“I always have a great experience with Papa Murphy’s. Today when I called Papa Murphy’s. I explained how I was struggling to order online specific items. I had to order online in order to apply a coupon code. An assistant manager named Nicki took my order over the phone and she made things much easier for me. She also applied my coupon over the phone. When I picked up my pizzas. Nicki the assistant manager was very kind. Her attitude was contagious. She is very friendly, nice, patient, kind and bubbly. I wasn’t having the greatest day. After walking into Papa Murphy’s Nicki’s positive attitude made my day a lot better!!!!! Kindness can go along ways in this world.“

“This is a great classic pizza shop. It is not fru-fru, just classic old school
Their pizza is a thin-ish cracker style crust. On the crispy side. If you grew up in northern IL or southern WI this pizza style will be familiar to you ANd the cheese profile and sausage they use are VERY similar to that region.
They provide a HIGH QUAILITY product. We get it nearly every week!

Vegetarian options: It is pizza, you can order a veg version to your hearts content.

Parking: It is a pickup shop and in a mini mall so plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: It is pizza ... Nuff said

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door, and this is a pick up shop. But is bet if you called them they would work with you to get it out to your car somehow.“

“Mizzy has great FRESH, big chunk toppings. and the pizza crust has absolutely fantastic taste. Which turns out perfect every time. We live in Bloomington. We heard about Mizzy's Zza and we HAD to try it. And we were pleasantly surprised on How GREAT/FANTASTIC/SURPERB the pizza was. How ever you want tp describe it. We just recently got some of the pastas they prepared for a catered event. Both pastas were done to perfection. I was raised Italian. And it was made just like it should be made. All in all. “I ordered 3 pizzas for my son’s birthday all 3 were exactly how I ordered them I was very happy with the staff and their customer service skills. I will definitely be ordering from them again.“

“The pizza is usually pretty good but occasionally there will be more crust than pizza. I always ask for square cut pizza and it never is anymore (it was in July 2024 but since about August 2024, my pizzas never have square cut even though it's selected every order). Once in a while they throw in a pepper that's the size of a dime or smaller that isn't edible which sucks if you like the pepper. The brownies are always divine though, and delivery is usually fast and the drivers are usually friendly.“
