We only compared glazed, raised donuts for uniform evaluation purposes at 3 locations-The Robin's Egg (Northfield), Mackenthun's (Lonsdale) and Franke's Bakery (Montgomery). The clear winner is Franke's Bakery in Montgomery. Seriously worth the trip.

“I was so pleasantly surprised with this small town gem! Great Bloody Mary on a Sunday afternoon. We spent some time on the ping pong table, hanging with our family eating some of the best bar popcorn. They have a big outdoor covered patio where I’d like to come back & see some music.
