I'm skeptical of most focaccia because it is usually to bland or stale. Not here! It was airy, fresh and flavorful. the cheese and tomato also - so very fresh! Green bean pickles on the side excellent side. I also ordered the Chider- fresh cider with chai spices. Quite tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. The best way to describe this place is fresh and flavorful. so worth the drive.“
“Loved the atmosphere here. The baristas seemed a bit put-off to be helping us, especially when I didn't know you picked up the food at a window way in the back and I asked about it. My friend's coffee drink got forgotten, and one barista was way nicer after that. The coffee (some kind of rosemary mocha) was really amazing, as was the cinnamon butter biscuit. I would love to try more food and the brunch cocktails next time.“

“A comfortable and peaceful place to have a great cup of coffee. I had a chai latte and a cranberry orange scone which were both delicious. The staff were very polite and gave me a warm greeting when I walked in. There are couches and soft chairs as well as tables and chairs so you have options on how you would like to sit and enjoy your beverage. “I was in Holmen for the last 7 months, getting surgery at Mayo Clinic which is just 90 minutes from Holmen.Can't say much for the winter in Wi, unless you love snow. Actually it wasn't that bad. Just a little colder than I am used to. Many people love it there. My brother does.While I was there I found this little coffee shop.On one of my first visits I met the owner of the shop when I showed up with my dog in tow. She is wonderful and she has a great crew. The service is great, I think I averaged 3 stops a week at her shop for the 7 months I was there. If your in the area she has great coffee and other drinks as well. Sausage and egg muffins. All sorts of breakfast sandwiches; ice drinks for those summer days.It is a great place to start the day with a coffee and breakfast sandwich but on the other hand; I have stopped by many a afternoon as well for a snack and something to drink.Can't go wrong stopping here.The first pic of the dog on a sunny day , well it was in Florida, I don't think she is fond of the snow either, but, this coffee house has dog treats“

Friendly staff who also take the time to compliment my little poodle when she's along.. and Dixie conquers the cute little pup cups when offered:).I try to get there every time I'm in the area.“
“Love that it's connected to a bookstore, first thing. The old-fashioned booths are so cute. I got an iced coffee flight, which is such a cool idea. I got an iced mocha, and iced lavender mocha, cold brew with sweet foam, and barista's choice (vanilla cinnamon). I only really liked the iced mocha, but I tried. My friend and I both got the Grandad's Bluff savory crepe, and we both asked for it without brussels sprouts. Hers came first, and they didn't say anything. Then they turned to me and said that the brussels sprouts were pre-mixed in with the micro greens and did I want something else like green onions and micro greens? So my friend had the brussels sprouts on hers but somehow I didn't. She didn't end up sending it back, but it was kind of weird. The crepe wasn't great - should have gone with berry one, which was my gut instinct. Super friendly servers, though!“

“Stopped in the afternoon to grab a drink. Great patio and the indoor was nice and welcoming. My Lavender Lotus Lemonade was delicious. Very refreshing and hit the spot. My husbands cold brew was fine. Their was one lady working the counter while another lady was working on food. For a busy weekend like Oktoberfest, I felt a little bad she was taking orders and then making the drinks too. We weren’t in a rush or anything and she was super friendly.“
“La crosse has many coffee shops, some better than others. This is definitely among if not the very best I have had so far, very smooth. Only regret is they do not have Jamaican blend but if they did it would be so good it would disrupt the time continuum so it’s probably a good thing.“
