“While visiting Lake City for a family reunion, I stopped by Heidi’s Huggamug Café for breakfast—and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Rise & Shine and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and flavorful. You can tell they put care into every part of the meal, from the perfectly cooked eggs to the crispy hashbrowns.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy small-town charm that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a relaxed and inviting experience from start to finish.

This spot is a true gem, and I can see why it has such great ratings. If you’re in Lake City, make sure you don’t miss Heidi’s Huggamug Café. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!”

“This is an adorable clean mom and pop place. I was not sure at first but then I loved it!!! This couple are long term residents of LC. She helped with ordering he cooked the food. Took 20 minutes as everything was cooked to order. Food was great very fresh vegetables and tasty bbq pork!! Will be back for sure!!”

“This was a great subway to stop at. Although they were short on staff, they were very friendly! Don't be deceived by the small space downstairs, they have an upper level (that can only be accessed by stairs) with more seating! Beautiful view of the lake and the neighborhood through the windows. Bathrooms were ok (for a fast food restaurant) - Overall, if you are looking for a Subway in Lake City, this is your place!

“My Mother and I came to your BK yesterday, June 28th, 2022. The service was wonderful and the food was hot and fresh. The young man working was wonderful. I didnt catch his name, but it was about 2-2:15 in the aftetnoon. The only thing I can say bad is that the drive-up window was pretty dirty..easy fix! Thank you”

They feature a lot of different apples varieties and at $10 per bag, quite an affordable place to get fresh apples off the trees. We brought our dogs and we all had a great day. “We went down for a lovely drive and pie. The restaurant was so crowded with people, we chose not to wait. That is how good the food and pies are. We will go back down again and I highly recommend it. Just watch out for road construction between Maiden Rock and Stockholm.
