Relaxed dining with great views of Lake Peppin at Lake City, MN. I recommend anything from the smokehouse meats. Check hours before you go as they differ by season. After dinner take a nice walk next to the lake on the t paved path provided by the good people of Lake City. This city on the Mississippi River is a very popular destination year around so plan ahead.
Stopped in on a Wed for lunch because my 85 year old mother was craving a good burger. She was not disappointed! The bar tender was so sweet and kind. Unfortunately I did not get her name. We both had build our own burgers. Bacon cheddar and Bacon Blue cheese. Bun, Burger and Bacon high quality and so tasty! We sat at the bar as it was busy with what seemed like many locals. View of Lake Pepin was spectacular! We will be back.
