“We recently got married (October 2024) and Lake Elmo Inn catererd our wedding. It was absolutely AMAZING! We had the prime rib carving station and the walleye as well as the duck soup and salad. Our guests are still talking about the food. We decided to upgrade to the "LEI Experience" which means each of your guests get a warm hand towel, an intermezzo sorbet, and a chocolate covered strawberry!!! We were over the moon with the service on the night of the wedding and all our communication with LEI throughout the process. Special shoutout to Kayla G. who was the most patient, professional, and kind event manager! She answered every single one of my (many) questions and she did so with a smile! On the night of the wedding, we were SO impressed with how fast the servers were able to get to each of our guest tables and keep the flow going. It was seamless, seriously. We cannot recommend Lake Elmo Inn Catering enough. They've total pro's and just know that you'll be in good hands. Throughout the meal, their attentiveness was remarkable. They anticipated our needs, refilling drinks and checking in at just the right moments, all while balancing other tables with ease. The knowledge of the menu was impressive; they offered excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience.

My girlfriend ordered the Beef Ragu and loved it! The meat was super tender, and the sauce was just right. “We ate at the Afton House Inn Fine Dining, Dining Room. The staff is courteous and friendly. They were helpful and so kind. We just loved our server, Phillipe! The blackened Mahi Mahi was s bit dry, but we were told they may try a new recipe on the menu to remedy that so do ask if they have a new addition to try. Steak Diane is always good and something we have been back for numerous times! The green beans and potatoes were cooked to perfection as well! It was the perfect birthday celebration for my husband and a wonderful place to relax after the holiday. The festive decorations were still up so it looked so beautiful.“

“We had a grooms dinner type event at the Lift Bridge Brewery and I will say they did a fantastic job of making sure we were set with everything we needed. Communication from Chip (and team) was fantastic as I was setting this up remotely. I had never even been to the brewery prior to showing up for the event. Very unique place for an event, many drink options, extremely friendly staff throughout the event, highly recommended. We had a group of over 60 people and we were very comfortable in this space. Bringing a large group to breakfast on the busiest day of the week? Call ahead and reserve a table. Panicking the high school age hostess because you brought a group of 11, which was shortly followed by a group of 6, to a popular busy breakfast place and didn’t plan ahead… not their fault. Being seated after 1-top and 2-tops… normal. They only have so many big tables. Don’t flip out at the young girl trying to find you a table because someone eating by themselves was seated before your entire group had a free table. Accept YOUR bad planning and wait til they can accommodate you.

“This is a Woodbury staple! Have been coming here for years! You can find old comforts or try new items ((new to you, these dishes are of course authentic!)) and ensure that you have a great meal. I went with some friends and we got vegetable samosas, garlic naan, paneer naan, palek paneer, chicken korma, chai tea, and baingan Bharat. Everything was flavorful and warming. The chai isn't overpowering and there's free refills! They have some of the best naan I've ever had and you get plenty for you money! The baingan Bharat was full of warm spice and if you like eggplant it's a must have!“
