“Do yourself a favor (7am-3pm) and drive the 2 whole miles off the Interstate and stop in at this wonderful little oasis of a coffee shop, hosted by delightful, caring family-owners behind the counter. You can tell they not only have an eye for Quality and for Detail, for aesthetic and customer experience too, but they clearly put their heart & soul into this small-town business. Obviously you'll need a coffee, but promise me you'll grab a fresh-baked pastry too. They're delicious! “We just moved to the area and were going to go into the bakery next door and it was closed so we decided to have lunch at Silverback's since we were there. The service was great, the food was good and the lemon meringue pie was delicious.“
