“I've been going here every morning for almost 2 years now to get my morning coffee and morning sweet tea. I've already given a compliment to the ladies that help me there and now Josh, who I do get sometimes in the drive-thru, he's been very helpful and the one time he knew I was trying to quit smoking. He came over to me telling me 'good for you , I know it can be hard". He's very personable so I definitely give this place a five-star! Everybody there is very customer service oriented. .. Right down to the manager I don't know her name but she's very cool“
“I bring my kids to the McDonald’s on Icenic as a treat every few months, and we always have a great experience. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and the McDonald’s is always clean. Today we went for Valentine’s Day and all of the tables had a little vase of flowers and a candle, they had coloring sheets/crayons for the kids, and one of their staff was walking around handing out free cookies for Valentine’s Day! So fun!“
“The staff at this McDonald’s are the best I have experienced at any fast food restaurant. No matter what age, time of day the staff are always polite and have very upbeat personalities.
I moved to the other side of the cities and I will drive past 5 McDonald’s to visit this one, because of the staff.“
“Used the app and the email receipt vs app receipt had different store locations (??). I’m guessing it was due to location tracking even though I selected a particular location. Kudos to this location for making the order quickly even through the confusion.“
