Very slow service. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing/messing around with a lot of customers waiting on orders. Ice cream doesn’t seem totally set. Blizzard was soupy and they didn’t serve it upside down. Dipped cone was see through. Service was the same during my last visit as well. Won’t be back.
While they need to learn to synchronize the food and ice cream coming out together, they were so busy and in the weeds, they all were working super hard. The manager should staff them better, but super impressed with the under staffed team!
