“We went to India Kutir on a wendsday evening for my partners birthday. The server got us a free app and we ordered 3 entrees to share. All 3 were excellent with the Lamb Curry being the stand out. Service was excellent as well. 5/5 will return might only order 2 entrees next time. We had lots of leftovers.“

“I've scoured the twin cities for good, flavorful, and spicy indian food and this is the BEST place I've been to. The food is incredible, service is great and their patio is the coziest, especially at night when the lights are up. 100/10 recommend.“

“I’m a food court foodie, and this is a 5 star review, minus the bones in my goat masala - good portion, reasonably priced (even got a Wednesday discount), with a smiling, friendly owner.
The goat masala is delicious with yellow rice, salad and rightly spiced. If you stay at the Double Tree Hilton, you can use the skyway access, get off level 2 to get to the Town Square food court in like 50 foot steps. Lots of seating to eat or chat. This restaurant is closed Fridays.
Interestingly, both Indian/Mediterranean food are available including gyro bowls and baklava or samosas and biriyani.“

“I come here for dosa and filter coffee. Dosa has been great on every occasion but I found filter coffee okayish as it was not consistent. I have two suggestions- please have Irani chai also on the menu, and/or dollar chai like they have in other Indian restaurants.“

“I love momo from MomoDosa (and Gorkha Palace). I can’t wait to give the Dosa a try! The sustainable plating is a huge plus (there is nothing like eating counter service off of a real plate) and enjoying it outside on the patio with a pour-your-own beer?! Amazing experience! I can’t wait to make this a monthly visit. Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores. 🥰“

“Going here 20+ years and always exceptional friendly service and delicious food. Our favorites are beef Curry and onion culcha and pashwoori naan. They remember who you are (the chef knows we like extra cilantro even before we have to say it!) and everybody makes you feel valued more than just a customer. Go try it, you’ll love it!“

“First visit today. Food was great and Ravi, our server was very friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes. We ordered way too much food! But we will enjoy the leftovers- and we will be back!“
“I am so glad he reopened in town square! I have had nothing but amazing service from the Owner. He's by far the kindest guy you could meet that's running a corner store.
He always has my favorite snacks, a plethora of sparkling water, soda, and tea flavors. Must stop shop if you're downtown in the skyway or at the DMV and need a quick snack.“

“Everest on Grand will always have a special place in my heart. 16 years ago, when I was in mild labor with our oldest son, my husband and I ordered food from this restaurant. Tomorrow Leo turns 16 years old. So on the eve of his birthday, out of nostalgia, we ordered the exact same dishes we ate before he was born. Chicken Curry (Kukhura-ko Maasu), Goat Curry (Khasiko Maasu), Tomato Achaar and Potato Achaar. It’s so lovely that this wonderful family-owned restaurant still exists, and we can share the exact same delicious dishes with Leo and his two other siblings.“

“We watched this place go up from an empty storefront a couple of months ago, and we have been back three times since opening day. That should tell you everything.
This is a small, no-frills family operation, and it is exactly what a neighborhood restaurant should be. The jhol momo alone is worth the trip: delicate dumplings in a bright, spiced broth that I have been thinking about ever since. The biryani is deeply fragrant and generous. The curries have been consistently excellent across visits. And the mango lassi is the kind of thing that makes you order a second one before you finish the first.
The staff is warm and genuinely happy you are there. That matters.
We have sent several friends here and every single one has come back raving. If you live anywhere near this place, walk over. Then go back. Places like this deserve to stick around. It is also worth the drive.“
