So the male working at the window was friendly, but it’s disappointing to see your iced coffee be made with only a thin layer of whipped cream and less than half a teaspoon of caramel drizzle when you paid an extra 80 cents for them.. Meanwhile a pink haired employee in the background is making herself a drink completely covered with chocolate and caramel drizzle inside the cup and on top with a mountain of whipped cream… I think the employee helping herself got the extras...read full review

Food took 30 minutes. Had to remind staff to include drinks. Food was stale and cold. Staff were completely incompetent and rude. Men's bathroom had urine all over the floor near stalls and urinals. It was so bad I actually called back to talk to a manager. Upon speaking to said manager it's no wonder the place is so horrible. She was rude and unapologetic. Please do yourself a favor and skip this location.

We came in around 1:00 pm and the double quarter burger we ordered was not fully cooked and was very greasy. In addition we ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and they forgot the bacon on it.
