I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this A&W. My wife and I visited with her elderly parents (80 and 70 years old), our 11-month-old baby, and our 13-year-old child, expecting a pleasant meal after spending $46.17 on food. Instead, we were met with appalling customer service that completely ruined our visit.

I loved taking my kids here every other week, mainly on my day off. However, today was not like any other days. My kids and I always order the same food and we ask that our drinks be upgraded to a root beer float. The old man who took our orders was just rude and seemed very irritated. We get this same experience every time this same old man takes our orders. He wasn't happy about us wanting our drinks upgraded to root beer floats.
