Awful coffee! Ordered a cappuccino asked for 2 sugars and sprinkle of cinnamon. Apparently that was too difficult. My husband ordered a pumpkin latte way to much syrup. Terrible

I redeemed free perks that I was given after the last Caribou (not this location) I went to did not refund my mobile app order as they said they would do when they were out of many things I pre-paid for. I used to love this caribou but it has gone down hill. I continue to get drinks that are not full. I understand when you shake it, it gets a lot of foam. But this is ridiculous and I'm tired of asking for them to put more in my cup and them being surprised.
This location is easy to get to and service was good. I did use my app in advance and when I reached the window they weren't quite ready, but it was within a couple minutes. Always come to this one when I am in town.

Coffee was hot and ready the cinnamon bread had been warmed up (and tasted great, by-the-way) and the service was tremendous. They saw my little dog in the car and offered a "pup cup" - I didn't even know that was a thing. This location is easy off & on to HWY 22 in Mankato - my go to place as I go into or through Mankato.
