Coffee was hot and ready the cinnamon bread had been warmed up (and tasted great, by-the-way) and the service was tremendous. They saw my little dog in the car and offered a "pup cup" - I didn't even know that was a thing. This location is easy off & on to HWY 22 in Mankato - my go to place as I go into or through Mankato.

It was overpriced and not very good quality. The breakfast sandwiches were good. The pumpkin muffin was half a pound of sugar coating before you got to the bread.

The Cabin is the BEST Caribou around!! The staff are all awesome and this is the only Caribou that always makes your drinks good. Every other location burns your Coffee and your lucky if you get a good drink. The Cabin is a guarantee every time to have a perfect drink!!
I dislike that while you pay they have a device on a stick to “guilt” or “ask” for a tip. Makes me not want to tip at all or even pass this place and go to another. Just a bad vibe for coffee atmosphere.
