We had a very tasty lunch and then spent a good deal of time with the owner smelling her large collection of tea leaves. We ended up with about a half dozen to take home with us to the east coast, and look forward to coming back to restock in the future.
My friend and I meet for lunch once a week. We have been trying new places and it was both our first times at Curiosi-Tea House. We called ahead and reserved the Afternoon tea. We thought it might be a fun little snack but didn't expect it to be a full meal. Holy Crud! We feel like we found a little hidden gem. With its charming atmosphere and attention to detail, Curiosi-Tea House was a perfect spot for a fun and comfortable tea date. Although the physical store location closed on April 12th, the owner has another store in Winona and will also be doing pop-ups. Many customers loved the gluten-free vegan treats and praised the owner for her expertise in making delicious sweets. The excellent tea selection and vegan food options were also highly recommended, including the grilled vegan ham sandwich on sourdough bread. The service was considered fantastic, with staff always willing to help and explain available options, maintaining a great family atmosphere.
