“This is one of the busiest locations and the service is fast and great. If there’s ever a mistake, staff are happy to address the issue and make things right, and will throw in a freebie or two for the inconvenience. Kids work here and so ofc mistakes will happen. Just a matter to double checking with them to ensure you’re getting the correct order is all. Thanks guys!“
“Stopped in yesterday, there was some sort of mixup with my curbside order. So I went inside to pick it up myself after waiting 10 min or so (in the car), they apologized and then remade my order (I didn’t want it remade; just coming in to pick it up) bc they wanted it to be fresh, then the manager came and refunded my order! I didn’t expect that at all, then they upgraded my drink and fries! Wow, talk about amazing customer service and making it right! Phenomenal staff, so nice!!!“
“I believe this is an amazing representation of McDonalds, I ordered a lightly sauced snack wrap and 1. They didn’t mess up my order which is somewhat common for McDonald’s, so good job, 2ndly the food just tasted better than I expected, it was perfect crisp. The employees here ought to be proud of themselves“
