“I havent had McDonalds in over 6 months because of Boycotting but I missed it and let the intrusive thoughts win so I went back, got a lot of coupons to use so I used the crispy chicken sandwhich one and got a free one, a kids meal, Big mac with extra big mac sauce which they provided thankfully and a redbull dragon thing that was gas. Would come again in the next 6 months lol.“
“Stopped in yesterday, there was some sort of mixup with my curbside order. So I went inside to pick it up myself after waiting 10 min or so (in the car), they apologized and then remade my order (I didn’t want it remade; just coming in to pick it up) bc they wanted it to be fresh, then the manager came and refunded my order! I didn’t expect that at all, then they upgraded my drink and fries! Wow, talk about amazing customer service and making it right! Phenomenal staff, so nice!!!“
“We ordered on the app and waited for a looooong time for our food. When we went up to the counter the staff realized the order didn’t come through and immediately worked to make it right. Put in the order manually, brought the kids’ meals out right away, and then got the grown up meals out fast. Bathrooms were clean and the Koala Care station actually had paper, which is rare! Thanks!“
