My girlfriend and I ordered takeout and received double of our order and then did not receive several of the items. We didn’t notice this until we got back to where we were staying, unfortunately but the management were very understanding and made sure that we got what we were missing as well as coupons. They were very personable and quick to resolve the error. I always appreciate when a manager steps up and make sure to write any wrongs. I give this a lower rating just because we had to double back and get our food which made us eating the other food cold by the time we were able to get the rest of our meal.

The whole experience was terrible. I put a mobile order in so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. I got a notification that my order was ready so I went to go pick it up. As I got there the drive thru lady was very rude. I told her I had a mobile order 3 times before she said pull to the second window. I did so. She confirmed once again that I had a mobile order and I sat there for 10 minutes well she figured out what to do. She tried giving me 4 drinks as it’s just me in the car which I asked for a drink carrier. Very inconvenient that I asked for one. Then I waited another 10 minutes for cold fries and a chicken quesadilla that was stone cold and not cut. She basically through the bag at me and slammed the window shut well muttering something under her breath. If you want crappy service and cold stale food, come to this Taco Bell.

For being a previous employee I am deeply disappointed. I have been a loyal customer and I have had my share of good and bad experiences. Usually I would let this slide but this has come to a point where I can no longer come to this company. Many of my burritos have not received extra steak when I am clearly paying for extra on the kiosk, my food is always never grilled when I specially customize it to be and many of times the food is either not rotated on the hot bar and has caused me to lose my appetite and become sick. Not to mention the staff can be unfriendly, mind you I've worked for tacobell before. The company has gone downhill and i will no longer want to spend my money here even though it was my favorite guilty pleasure. Do better Taco Bell!

This place is terrible. Have given it multiple chances and it legit has made me stop going to taco bell it is that bad. Food is not edible every single time. Taco Bells quality has tanked. Avoid at all costs.
This Taco Bell store is really good and affordable. The only issue I have is that tables aren't clean.

Ordered lunch at 12:45 on the app and said it was ready at 1. I got there and it was not ready. I sat and waited for 10 minutes asked an employee where it was, said it will be one moment. Another 10 minutes later other costumers continue to get there food and I ask again is it almost ready, the employee says in a moment. Another 5 minutes go by and I ask again, the employee states they have not even started my order. I leave to go back to work and return 15 minutes later when my order is ready at 1:45. 45 minutes later than promised. I arrive at home to eat and none of the food in the bag is correct. NONE. I return to taco bell to talk to the manager who says they cant refund me because the app is through a third party. The manager was disrespectful and not helpful at all. I was late getting back to work, I lost 20 bucks, and I have zero food to eat. The worst fast food I have experienced in my life
