This Taco Bell is much better than the other one in Mankato by the Walmart. Just overall better food and better service. They also get my order right.

I had to leave the drive-trhu line 2 nights in a row because the staff is seemingly refusing to take more than 1 drive-thru order at a time. 15+ minutes of not a single car moving, only 1 car at the actual window yet 10+ in line and no orders being taken. The one night i actually sat through the line it took over 30 minutes to even get to the ordering speaker. Management needs to be looking at the night staff because theyre losing this place a lot of money.

My girlfriend and I ordered takeout and received double of our order and then did not receive several of the items. We didn’t notice this until we got back to where we were staying, unfortunately but the management were very understanding and made sure that we got what we were missing as well as coupons. They were very personable and quick to resolve the error. I always appreciate when a manager steps up and make sure to write any wrongs. I give this a lower rating just because we had to double back and get our food which made us eating the other food cold by the time we were able to get the rest of our meal.
