We came in right at lobby closing time, not realizing. Staff was friendly, food was great. Once we realized we gotta out of there but we never felt rushed or inconvenienced.

Normally, I never have a bad thing to say about this place. It’s close to my home, the old manager knew my kids, and I knew his through mutual customer service and occasions with ordering food. This morning was a typical Saturday with the family, and we decided to go out for breakfast instead of cooking.

I ordered our usual breakfast: two Crunchwraps with bacon, one with added nacho cheese sauce. (I’ve been ordering Taco Bell’s breakfast with the same items since I was 18, 10 years ago.) I also ordered a two-pack of their breakfast donuts for my daughters. The drinks were good, which is usually my only complaint about this location. As I said, I’ve always had great experiences and never had a reason to check my order.

When I got home, I found they only gave me one Crunchwrap (without the nacho cheese) and the donuts. Mistakes happen, so I called and explained that they forgot one of my wraps. They told me to come back and mention that I spoke with Anna.

An hour later, after packing the family up, we headed back so I could get something to eat before our fishing trip. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. They mentioned their fryers were down, which was disappointing, but I asked if I could get a coupon for the next time I come through. The response was shocking: they accused me of trying to scam them, saying I had already come in and claimed my missing Crunchwrap. I explained that I had just left my house, but they refused to give me a coupon or another wrap. I commented sarcastically about their friendly service.

About 15 minutes later, I called back to speak to a higher manager. The same person, Savanna, who claimed to be the manager, answered. She reiterated that they wouldn’t give me more food or a coupon since I had supposedly already collected my missing item. I asked what time I allegedly came back and what car I was in, but she wouldn’t answer. I expressed my disappointment and said I would share my experience, including with the other Taco Bell in town. She dismissively said they weren’t connected to the other restaurant and hung up on me.

I’m in complete shock at her attitude and behavior. I never expected this on a Saturday morning, just trying to get breakfast. Please avoid this place and give your business to people who actually care about their customers.

I went thru drive thru and kids talking back like I wasn't supposed to hear them I asked for 3 and said what about 2 for example.Messed up food I asked for few with nothing but meat and few with just cheese didn't get the ones with just cheese and no sauce that I asked for or napkins. Won't be going back went for a party and had a lot of kids to feed felt like I couldn't order party packs.

We walked in at 6pm on a Friday and waiting 5 minutes before someone walked around the corner and said " we don't have a register. You will have to use the kiosk..." and walked away..... I have never felt more mistreated in my life. I'm paying cash and you can't help me? Acknowledge I'm in your store or greet me when I walk in the door... I hope nobody uses this restaurant ever!!! Stay away from rude people!!!!

Waited for food, to find out they were out of what I wanted. Already paid and was told I’d have to take something else. Sour cream and tomato’s were not even in the taco, just wrapped in the paper. Get it together. 12$ wasted

Fast, friendly and mostly a good deal. The only thing I can complain about is the price of the cinnabon balls. Man those things are so good I pay the price anyway. So a great place to go. And usually not as busy as the other one.

I ordered food for just myself. There was one other customer in the building 20 minutes went by and I finally the manager finally came out after seeing me standing there for 20 minutes and asked what my order was because they didn't have any orders, the worker confirmed they saw the order but never filled the order...... And it still took out there 5 minutes to get my order...No apologies or anything. The nacho Fries were cold..other than that food tasted great

Every single time i order the #2 3 soft tacos i say supreme, they charge me for supreme yet i get regular ? I bring the receipt and taco that clearly isn’t supreme and they tell me they can’t do anything about it, just go to the one on madison ave!
