I ordered a double smash bowl and she said she can’t do that so then I said ok, I will take two smash bowls. She didn’t do that. Then I got home which I live an hour from there, opened my smash bowl and zero chicken in it. I feel that the service is very inconsistent on what you can get. A double smash bowl is just the charge of two smash bowls and yes they include chicken. Staff need to be more attentive to what they’re doing vs talking with each other.
This is hands down my favorite location. The staff is always fast, professional and the store is as clean as it gets. Thank you to Grace, Soraya, Brianna and Naima for great service!!

I have been trying to give this place some grace after having a few orders wrong and it was super busy, but now when it's continues to be wrong, and it's not super busy, my patience is done. Considering going to another location or not at all. I add one item to my order, paying extra, and it's not on it several times now. Or I ask to have one item removed and it's still in the salad.
