Instead of giving me my money's worth of chilli they were out of, they just said "sorry" and didn't refund me the chilli.
VERY DIRTY!!! It needs a drastic cleaning and then ongoing cleaning. It was disgusting. Floors, window ledges.. food crumbs and dust/dirt everywhere. Pop machine had all these splashes that looked like they had been there a month. Hot sauce containers looked like they hadn’t been wiped in weeks. I almost threw my food
Out before eating as it made me question everything about cleanliness. Get a cleaner or fire whomever is cleaning. It should be cleaned daily.
Arrived 15 minutes before closing time. We had left our home early specifically to get there before it closed. Doors were locked and several employees and others (clearly buddies of the employees) were sitting around. They had locked the doors and hung out until they could clock out. This is unacceptable and business is being lost at a time when restaurants cannot afford to lose business.
