“We had been to this place when it was called Whiteys several times, but this was our first visit since the change in ownership.

First thing I noticed was they kept the fresh squeezed juice... YAY!!!! I enjoy a variety of cocktails, but a screwdriver with fresh OJ is near the top of my list. So big thanks for that.

I was perusing the menu and it didn't take long for me to notice the lasagna w/side salad. I am a lasagna hound and snob, and have tried it at many establishments over the years. This offering was outstanding, perhaps my favorite (not made by my wife, of course).

We will be back.

P. S. we used to boat on the river and visited Stillwater a lot, but not since COVID. Howard's has been on our radar for a while. Hearing more about it at the Wits Reunion show at the Fitzgerald motivated us to get it done.”

“If we are going out for sit down pizza this is our go to spot. We moved from AZ two years ago and this is hands down some of the best we have found since we have been here. “I’ve had warm lobster rolls from 4 places in Boston and 2 places in Wisconsin, and DJ’s in Stillwater beats all of them! They have the biggest, freshest pieces of lobster and perfectly toasted bread. The shrimp po’boy was also great. Highly recommend this place!”

“First time at the next stop bar and grill this last week and couldn’t have had a better or more fun experience! My mom brother and I stopped for drinks and pull tabs and we had a great bartender named Jamie! Mom and I went back again 2 days later and already felt so welcome and comfortable from Jamie:) will definitely be back and looking forward to it! :) also the burger my mom had gotten was a 10/10!!”

“Great food, great service, great staff. We had the fungi burger, tavern burger, pomme frites, dipping sauces(they have a lot), and French onion soup. Everything was perfectly cooked, hot, juicy, crispy, and delicious. Our server was Kendall and she was well informed on the specials and the menu, she was polite and friendly and remembered our orders and asked the right questions. All around impressive.”

We by chance stopped in for supper and a drink this past Friday night and were impressed by what great food we all had. 5 of us ordering different items and all were meals were so fresh and delicious! And service was outstanding! We would definitely recommend the Mad Capper to anyone who is visiting Stillwater!”

“It's always fun to stop into the harbor bar in Stillwater. The service is great from Donna mae, Jake, Sam, Pedro, and others. Coldest and cheapest White Claw's in town, $4.25. all roads lead to Harbor Bar. It's like Cheers, everybody knows your name. See you there.

“We went to Tom's Pumpkin Patch and stopped here for an early dinner afterwards. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodated our 4 adults and 4 kids wonderfully! The food was great and so reasonably priced. We'll come here again!”
