“I finally made it to Matt’s bar to check out the “Original” Jucy Lucy. Hamburger was great, as expected. Fries were shoestring and were perfect and delicious. Service was great. I went on a Monday afternoon and we sat down right away and were eating in about 20 minutes.

This really is more of a restaurant now. Because of the food, there is a LOT of turnover and it’s mostly food tourists. Even on a Monday. IDK if the kitchen closes, but maybe it turns more into a bar after that. The signs posted everywhere basically say “Others are waiting to be seated”. While there wasn’t a line when we were there, I’m sure there is when it’s weekend busy.

Good prices. They could be charging much more based on demand.

Lastly, cash only. There is an ATM on site with a $2 charge if you forget.

“Two Mixed up exceeded my expectations by far. My girlfriend and I were looking for a solid smash burger, and this is exactly that. The meat was seasoned to perfection, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the service was so quick. We got fries with the one burger, and onion rings with the other. I highly recommend getting onion rings here as they were no super oily and the breading was nice and light.

We’re definitely coming back to try something other than the jalapeño burgers. I can’t stop thinking about this burger…“

“We were there for Sunday breakfast and all of our food was excellent. I also had a Bloody Mary that was very good! There were two servers on duty. One came over just after we sat down and told us our server would be right with us and could she take our beverage order. “Pure nostalgia at an affordable price. Do you remember that place where you could collect nickels and dimes to get an ice cream cone or a hamburger? Conny’s is that place. Instead of nickels, you may need to pull together a few dollars, but it still has the feeling of an old school ice cream spot. Complete with an outdoor window and picnic tables, you can get a burger, chili dog, or a soft serve. I loved it and it will become part of our regular summer routine.“

They had wide eyes and smiles when they saw the whip cream and sprinkles! The rest of us had burgers and fries! The staff was kind and attentive. Prices are also reasonable for a large family. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. Baklava: Great. Dairy free. Walnut paradise.
Samosa: We got the Veggie and Beef. The picture doesn't do it justice. It's delicious.
Chicken shawarma: make it dairy free by removing the oasis sauce and adding hummus. The hot sauce is palatable fire“
