“Edit: I finally dined there. The food was fantastic, my wife loved the onion rings and the careful service that we were given. Burgers were great. Coleslaw was actually refreshing, and not mayo dumped. Matt and his staff gave us a wonderful time on New Years Day. I will be back, with a bottle of heinz which is a small complaint.

Edit: The manager was very very prompt in responding to my email in resolving this year. In prompt it was less than about 30 minutes when I reached out via email. Which is actually, pretty darn impressive nowadays to take responsibility instead of passing the buck. They get five stars now.

I made Christmas reservations only to learn less than three days before Christmas that they weren't actually open. Their site allowed me to make a reservation. I called them to confirm if they were closed as I found out not from them at all. They did confirm it, and then laid blame on my insisuating that since they've never been open for Xmas, I should of known. Okay, then tell that to your reservation page.Pathetic service right before the holidays.

Even after I called and said it was taken down. It's still up allowing others to book a reservation. I hope there ain't some family that shows up expecting a reservation thay never should of been placed.“

“Known for their “Jucy Lucy” which are 2 Patties with cheese cooked inside. My family that lives here likes the Jucy Lucy and especially the fries from here. During the summer they say there are long lines out the door. We can here in December and it was pretty busy for a week night. They only accept cash or checks, no card. We were lucky and got seated quickly, service was also quick and I asked for a beer that goes well with it. My sister in law got a chicken sandwich and I put her lettuce in my Jucy Lucy. Beware to not bite into it quickly because the cheese squirts out. Every bite I took the cheese indeed came out and burned me. Their fries are really good. I opted to keep the pickles and onions in the burger which I enjoyed. It was nice inside and they still had Christmas decorations making it feel like a Christmas bar. “Stopped here to celebrate the start of the school year. We sat outside on the nice patio and the staff offered our kids some chalk and bubbles which was a great friendly & personal touch. We had mango, chocolate and salted caramel gelato and a chocolate shake. They were all really good. We also got a basket of fries and cheese curds, both were good. We will be back to try food.

It was a great neighborhood spot that we hope to frequent and I would recommend to friends and neighbors to check out.“

Several strips of thick, flavorful bacon were a huge plus. My take on food is that I save money by cooking for myself most of the time, so when I do go out, I dont mind spending some extra money on quality food and this definitely meets that mark. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“First time going was recently. I live over 3 hours away and have eaten at a lot of full vegan and vegan options restaurants. This place has something special going for it it seems. I ordered a basic breakfast. Toast, tofu, side (i chose seitan). I figured a simple breakfast would be a good way to gauge things there. I was not disappointed. It was a perfect basic breakfast and my friends girl ordered a deluxe breakfast burrito and now that I know how good they look and the size of them I Definitely plan on going back to get more food and try more items. I will say the building seems a bit ran down unfortunately 😕 it's a bit congested inside but it still feels very welcoming. The service was good. Didn't wait too long and the place seemed busy too. Good tunes and good vibe overall. Looking forward to going back

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew.
