I was treated so aggressively and disrespectfully by the staff here practically before I even walked in. I didn't order anything because I was so scared I was physically shaking with fear.
Horrible place.
where do I begin? I was on a hunt for a slice of princess torte for my birthday. I struck out at two locations, and was finally told about this hidden gem. When I arrived the staff was beyond accommodating. Not only did they have my princess torte, they also sliced two other kinds of cake for my family. I need a call from whoever is in charge. I ordered from a delivery service. They did not show up and your staff hung up on me. Young lady said, "I've only been here two weeks and hung up" and the other kid said, "Have fun with that" and hung up when I asked who could help me.
I would like my money back.
