I've given up on good yeasted baked stuff that's gluten free. Everyone loves this place.

I had two things: a cheddar biscuit, and a bag of frozen rolls (like for sandwiches). I noticed that the second thing in the rolls ingredients list, after their flour mix, is baking powder. I see that a lot in gluten free baking, especially in batters like biscuits and cakes. But in yeasted baked goods, it can make the bread have a chemical aftertaste. I asked...
My girlfriend who isn’t GF loves this just as much as her fav non-GF bakeries in the city. Just go here and try it and you will be coming back all the time lol

Some suggestions for management:
- if there could be more DF options that would be awesome.
- being open on Sunday’s would also be awesome and I feel like it would be the busiest day of the week with people getting baked goods for the week
Hands down, the place for gluten-free folks to get gluten-free bread and biscuits. It is THEE BEST. It's just as you imagined bread, and doesn't taste gluten-free. They also have a ton of vegan options. It will be the bread of your dreams, I promise! I keep a rustic loaf in my freezer at all times and treat myself to a boule if they have it. So good! I have also tried their cinnamon rolls and those are pretty good as well.
