It exceeded the hype! Perfect atmosphere, food, wine and staff. Beautifully / smartly / classically appointed, with special touches such as Laguiole steak knives. Feels like the best little locals-only discovery. They easily managed to make all 5 of my courses GF, and it was the best GF pasta and bread that I’ve ever tasted! Congrats to this visionary team for a masterpiece of a restaurant.
The cooking is clearly done with passion, you can see they care about their craft. A real labor of love in the neighborhood. The service is always so so warm, we appreciated the genuine care the staff showed.
Hands down, Bucheron is absolutely one of the best dining experiences in the twin cities.
