We went to Bucheron for a birthday dinner last night. Bucheron is usually bookied 6 weeks to two months out, so we were lucky to get a table. There is a lot to like about Bucheron. Their level of service reminds me of how fine dining used to be 30 or 40 years ago, but without the stuffiness. The wait staff take a team approach, with each table assigned a lead. Special shout out to Evelyn.

Wonderful! Service is fantastic. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about food, wine and drinks. It's a little crowded, but the food and service more than make up for that.

There is nothing more that I want for this restaurant like a Michelin Star. The flavors of the menu were incredible. Brought me to my knees. Reminded me of places I’ve traveled to, all through their food.
