Excellent selection of bagels and cream cheese and fast, friendly and efficient service. Even though staff was crazy busy filling many orders - I did not have to wait long. Always greeted in a friendly manner no matter how busy staff is. The manager here does an amazing job running the shop.
We went on New Year's Day, and boy was it busy. This was made worse by a staff shortage. Despite this, the crew did a great job keeping up, and once our order was in it was prepared relatively quickly. Probably 45 minutes total?Bagels were solid, with many different types to choose from. I had an everything bagel sandwich, and tried the rosemary-something bagel. Both good. Prices were decent as well.Small seating area, but we were able to cram in and enjoy our breakfast.

The overall customer service here is great. I only had an issue once and management went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. The employees here have been great. Our family will definitely keep coming back here and I recommend this location in particular to everyone!
