Bartenders alone are worth the experience. Everyone makes you feel welcome and the food is delicious. Don’t even get me started on the drinks #bottomlessmimosas

We got seated and initially received a friendly greeting from our waitress. However, once we mentioned that we were only ordering fries and drinks, her demeanor changed noticeably. She rarely came back to check on our table, and the service felt dismissive for the rest of our visit. Every customer should receive the same level of service regardless of the size of their order. Based on this experience, I would not return.

Mediocre food, terrible service. Went with my family to sit on the patio and immediately knew they didn’t want us with our kids there (even though they have a kids menu?). Waitress was incredibly rude and told us we could place an order with her if we hurried so she could do something inside - was very bizarre. If you have kids, just wait for Red Cow to reopen after construction, this place doesn’t want your business.

My daughter booked Mother’s Day brunch here after the reservation she made at The Lowry was canceled due to closure end of April. I was very proud of her for taking the initiative to handle reservation. Mixed feelings on the whole experienced. Our waitress after taking our order said (not ask) to us matter of factly that she was bringing out donuts with some kinda dip and that it was good. We’ve been out to Mother’s Day brunch at numerous places through the years. And some places do have special things they do for holidays like these so I didn’t think anything of it. When the bill came out, I saw the donut charge of $9. I didn’t want to make a big deal given it was a nice time out with my two kids. I’m not petty over $9, but I felt she was sneaky about it.

Not a fan.

Had a lovely business lunch here. The burrata appetizer was lovely, as was the rest of the meal.

Pulled a real scammy move for restaurant week. Advertised having a restaurant week lunch menu but we showed up on Saturday and was told the lunch menu only was Monday-Friday. If you are worried about losing money, then maybe don’t have a lunch menu instead of trying to lure people in with one that doesn’t actually exist. We did get to try a couple drinks (mimosa and one of the mocktails) and they were very average.

Was hoping for (at least) a slightly better experience than we had at the Edina location. We came in on Valentine’s Day evening and sat at the bar. It was immediately clear that nobody was in any rush to serve us and we assumed this was related to drink orders coming in from servers. But the fact that things slowed down did not alleviate things and I started to wish we had gone somewhere else. Our dinners definitely took longer than expected and when delivered, it was obvious they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for several minutes since everything was barely above room temperature. Not too impressed for entrees priced @ $40 and $50 respectively. The vibe seemed like a place we’d want to spend time in, but the service was so lacking, we won’t be back.

Server was very rude. Didn’t let me even get a question in without attitude. Food was ok! I was a 10 top coming in at 2/7 @ 5:45 under “Brittani” please ask our server to be nicer.

We had the classic Coalition burger. Very good. Cooked as ordered. Good bun. Perhaps a bit more cheese. The issue is the type of lettuce and the placement. First, put the lettuce under the burger. Replace butter lettuce with classic iceberg. Butter lettuce wasn't staying in place and everything to slide off. OUTSTANDING tatar tots!! Great, friendly, timely, engaging service. Vibe is much better than Excelsior. Good wine by glass choices.

We went to Coalition in Edina for brunch with a group of friends, and it was such a great experience. The interior is gorgeous clean, modern, and thoughtfully put together, with a warm aesthetic that makes the space feel both stylish and comfortable.
Our group all ordered different dishes, and everything was delicious. Each plate had great flavor. It’s rare for everyone at the table to love their meal, but Coalition definitely delivered.
The drinks were another highlight really well-crafted cocktails with balanced flavors and a fun twist on the classics.
Overall, a fantastic brunch spot. Great food, amazing drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere
