I'll never go to this specific location again! All I had on me were $100 bills and they refused to take it because apparently $100 bills aren't good enough for them? like wtf?! they're not even located in an area of the city where passing counterfeit $100 bills would even be a thing! I don't understand this, money is money, and if they don't want to take my money that's fine I'll spend it across the street at their competitor. NEVER AGAIN!
Worst customer experience ever. I had a coupon for $5 off that was going to expire. The cashier could not get it to work and refused to give the $5 off. I asked for a free chips and soda instead and was told that was not an option. Very poor customer service. Will not be back
I called to ask if they would be willing to donate anything to our youth hockey organization. I was told to call back the next day between 8am-10am, I called and was told to call back after the manager is in, about 10:30. I then called back around 12:00 and was told the manager would be in about 3:00-5:00, I called at 3:30, was told they were on a conference call and to call back, so I called at 4:10, no answer, called back at 4:20, someone answered the phone, "hello" not a way...read full review

Erbert and Gerbert's is a great sandwich spot with delicious food and amazing pickles. The staff is super accommodating and ensures you get what you paid for. The sandwiches are served quickly, and the pickles are a highlight. If you love a good sandwich with great service, this place comes highly recommended.
