Currently sad about the loss of the buckwheat chocolate chip cookie, which is in my top two favorite cookies of all time. My 11 year old daughter called it her favorite. Chicken noodle soup was delicious, but I was surprised it had a red base, most likely tomato or veggie base? The wild rice soup had potential but ,wow, way too much garlic in this batch. We raise garlic and love it but no, not this time. The table bread was perfect for the soup.
Unimpressed and actually pissed. I can't believe I just paid $39 for two eggs, bacon, pancakes and a latte! I'm one person eating one breakfast and being charged that much is insane! The bacon was worse than what I can get at a grocery store Absolutely nothing special about it. I thought it was supposed to be smoked bacon from the farm, but it tasted like the cheapest, thinnest stuff you can buy at Walmart. Will never go back. Sorry, I grew up on a farm so looking at...
