The knollwood location is anything but freaky fast. Waited over an hour to get our food... and then it was missing parts of our order! Not worth the tip I left them. After calling the store, I was put on hold for over 10 min, and was forgotten. My missing food was never addressed. Good riddance.
They advertise fast subs, but after an hour of waiting for delivery I had to call and ask where my food was and for a refund. Assuming the manager would still have my food delivered and offer me a refund, he did not, just got a refund, no food. Will never order from here again.
I stopped in today around 1:00pm and some of the kindest crew members helped me find an address I was desperately searching for. I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. Not only were they freaky fast at helping me, they were freaking awesome! Thank you so much... I promise to stay for a sandwich next time! <3
