During our visit, several customers who placed to-go orders after us received their food before we did, despite us already being seated and waiting for over 30 minutes. After expressing our concerns and considering leaving, we were told our food would take an additional 10 minutes. We chose to stay because we genuinely wanted to support a fellow African-owned business.
