I ordered the "CRISPY" Shrimp entree for $10 I asked if it was fresh, because it isn't any good otherwise. I was assured it was fresh. Well, THEY LIED. It was cold and soggy. I called and complained and was promised a certificate. THAT never came! I called again 10 days later and spoke to Patrick, District Mgr and he apologized and promised TWO Certificates.... They just SAY THAT TO GET RID OF YOU! I haven't gotten ANYTHING for my $10. I get treated better at McDonalds!...read full review
Everything is great with the food
I just had the Pepper Chicken ( only because they don't have the cashew chicken anymore) . The Pepper Chicken is not very good, very bland other than a high amount of peppercorns. BRING BACK the CASHEW CHICKEN please!!
