Yummy sandwich
Yummy chocolate chip muffie!
This Panera Experience was horrible.
The price is outrageous for the experience I received. My sandwich was suppose to be a cold sandwich but they heated it. They forgot to give me my chips with my ‘You Pick 2’, the staff was not friendly, I did not receive my pickles I asked for and when I bite into my muffie, I pulled plastic out of my mouth!!
I do not recommend doing to this location.
Mixed results on service. I just spent a couple of weeks here at the hospital. I get up at about 4: 30 and have nothing to do, so go down to Panera to have a cup of coffee and wait for the kitchen open.

Panera Bread, located in a hospital building, offers a variety of food options for people, even during cafeteria construction. The restaurant has multiple ordering kiosks for easy self-service and quick food preparation. A popular choice is the tomato basil soup, especially on cold days.
The staff is generally friendly and pleasant, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, one staff member tends to yell out orders, which can be disruptive to the overall atmosphere. Ordering a basic turkey sandwich without typical toppings can amuse the staff, as it's not a common request.
Despite this, the restaurant provides a more elevated dining experience compared to the hospital cafeteria. An instantaneously updated screen displays order status, making the loud order calls unnecessary. The restaurant offers longer hours over the weekend, with fast and friendly service. The Tomato Soup is a popular choice, especially for those visiting the nearby Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
