We were excited to find out there was a Pei Wei in the Minneapolis airport on our way to Denver, so my husband, teen daughter and I thought we'd grab a bite before our plane took off. Outside of the guy who is quick at the register, these guys were incredibly slow. The cook nonchalantly went about his business while two other employees chatted with him and waited for him to get done so one could pack up the meal. I thought the sweet and sour chicken rice bowl was good, but not great. It was good enough that I'd return here to try another one of their bowls. Service was fast and it was a treat to have brown rice.

At best mediocre, at worst an expensive waste of money. There's a moving walkway in front of this place, use it. This restaurant provides nothing but bland, boring, "Asian" cuisine. It's literally just a guy, a wok, some rice/noodles, and sub par sauces. Meal was $15 with tax, MY WATER WAS $3.30! You're better off with the McDonald's or Starbucks that are nearby.
