If I could give this negative stars I would. My DoorDash order arrived and the pho broth was completely cold. Also the raw beef was partially frozen. On top of that I didn’t have any utensils to eat with in the bag. Door dash refuses to refund.
Always a winner! Pho, Bahn mi, spring rolls are my go to’s and never disappoints
I have been a loyal customer to Quang restaurant for almost 25 years and I can’t believe the lack of customer service during my last attempt for delivery through their website and GrubHub. The delivery driver delivered the food to the wrong address and we tried for more than an hour and a 45 min to remedy the situation with GrubHub and Quang (which claimed they did not have their customer service phone number for in the event of this happening).
