Years overdue, but one experience was able to define my entire impression of this establishment because the food was really good. Some of the items in my pictures no longer exist on the menu, but I have faith that whatever they have decided to replace those items with must be great as well. It is also cool to see some of the items that I had in 2021 are still around! I am honestly really happy to see it.

Food was great and the guy who took care of us at the bar was very professional and charming. Unfortunately tons of missed opportunities, so we won’t be coming back. To start - you make a reservation for 8pm, for which they clearly remind you to be on time, that they’ll keep your table 15 min max and that you have a total of 1,5hrs to eat. Then you arrive and they are completely full, they seem almost surprised that you’re there and they put you to wait in a cold side alley...

Amazing. Just go and you won’t regret it! Was a little skeptical about the Italian/Japanese fusion aspect, but everything we had was VERY good. I’m kicking myself for not remembering our servers name, but medium length red hair and beard. Knew everything about the menu, ingredients, cocktails, etc. One of the best servers I’ve ever gone on an experience with. Fantastic all around. Super fun culinary journey. Thanks team!!
