This is a good Starbucks. Perfect spot, 'loft-style' space. Different sitting areas without much separation. Nice team, fast service. The thing is that people who are not Starbucks clients are hanging out, resting and even sleep here. How Starbucks can prevent this? It is not a hostel.
Easy going staff, always super busy in the morning. If you're using MetroTransit for your commute, I wouldn't recommend making an order if you don't have a 15 minute layover.

Only con is the amount of homeless persons chilling and being loud and rude inside the store. That's a bit offputting but I guess that comes with the territory. Just unlikely to see in an establishment like this.
