This location has quickly become one of my favorites because of a specific barista Jade! She is the main reason I keep coming back to this Starbucks. From the moment you walk in, she is friendly, welcoming, and always has such a positive attitude.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a location many customers return to, feeling comfortable and familiar. The staff is consistently highlighted as welcoming, responsive, hospitable, super nice, extra friendly, delightful, and upbeat. The service is fast, with mobile orders completed quickly. The coffee is good and okay, though like most Starbucks it can seem a little overpriced. The food and drinks are always fresh and delicious, with specific mention of a ham croissant that tasted good. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown landmarks, and has free parking. The atmosphere is perfect for a workday, with perfect lighting and layout that is very aesthetically pleasing, making one feel like they are in NYC. It is always clean. While one critical note mentioned an unprofessional reaction from a worker, the overall experience is defined by a sense of comfort and exceptional, kind service from everyone.
