Deceptive business practices. When you order, they'll pretend to clarify the toppings on your sandwich. However, what they're really doing is getting you to agree to add toppings that have additional costs, but without telling you about said costs. That's a real scummy move.

I've been charged twice several times from this store, and today I was hung up on and told over the phone to have a nice day talk to GM in the morning. I was charged $17 70 from my bank account twice.

This is by far the fastest one I have been to. I got my sandwich right when I slid my card 🤣 Wild!!! The one in Anoka makes me wait at a table. Bravo to this location šŸ‘ you guys rock!

Orded lunch to my job and like normal ppl my lunch is an hour, ordered 20 min before my lunch 1 hour and 20 min I decided to cancel my order seeing I would not have time to eat it. As the employee answered I requested to cancel the order, not sure if one of my colleagues had also ordered food from here and I didn't want to interfere with there order I asked to read back my order and I was immediately met with the manager alexia yelling my order back to me then hung up on me, at least she thought I sat there for 26 minutes listening to her bad mouth me and tell her employees how disrespectful I WAS!!! Also here how they had so many customers and had run out of bread ever heard her call the driver that i assumed had been driving around with my sandwitch for over a hour! When I tryd to contact her supervisor I was contacted by her and left I smug email. For someone that works and lives in this community Alexiah Krieger should really learn how some pride in her position and some respect for the customers that keep her employed I will never spend another dollar with this place

This location always seems to be moving very slowly. One time, I waited so long to order that I gave up. I decided to give it another shot, and there was no one making sandwiches for a bit. They were apologetic, but still seemed very unorganized. It is such a convenient location, so I hope they can get it together.

I ordered one of the new toast sandwiches, I ordered the BACON one and it didn't come with bacon. I asked no onions and they put onions plus I paid $1.20 to add avocado and they didn't add. I’m very disappointed.

Never ordering from this Jimmy John’s again. Delivery orders take minimum of 60 minutes to arrive, no matter what day or time you order.
