Ordered online at 12:15 Arrived at 12:35, order had not even been started Currently it is 12:55 and I still have not received my order.
If you enjoy spending your entire lunch break waiting in a Jimmy John’s for an okay sandwich, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you’re better off packing something or going literally anywhere else.
@jimmyjohns first thing, they gave me potato salad on June 6th that has a Use By date of June 3rd. Second thing...you could at least fill up the container for it costing more.

I ordered delievery on May 17, at 10:30 am got a notification at 11:05am. I didn’t receive my food until 12:00pm I called the store and I asked what was going on. The lady on the phone didn’t say what her name was, wouldn’t credit me didn’t apologize for the wait was rude on the phone and offered to cancel my order instead of making it right.I will not be ordering from here ever again. the ice in my cup had 2 ice cubes. I’m on a job where I’m paid by the hour, and my lunch break is limited.

dont order around lunch time because you will be sitting there your entire lunch waiting for your order you placed 10 min prior to you even starting your break. they got people that placed an order in person their order before me like im starving jjs is supposed to be fast.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s in my life. “Freaky Fast” does not describe this location one bit. They prioritized massive online orders over in-person orders and had people waiting over 30 minutes for a fast serve sandwich shop. I saw multiple customers steal sandwiches in front of other people politely waiting. Very poorly managed and no one seemed to care.
