I’ve been a long-time fan of Kona Grill, having enjoyed their offerings since they opened, particularly because of its convenient location near my home. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disheartening, especially when ordering my favorite—the New York strip. On my last visit, and disappointingly not for the first time, my request for a well-done steak resulted in a piece that was tough, akin to shoe leather, rather than the juicy delight I anticipated. Kona Grill offers a friendly and lively atmosphere for dining. The menu features a variety of options, including a breakfast burrito. The food was perfectly presented and prepared! The cost value should also include the ingredients of pleasantry, menu knowledge, energy and attitude. Jenna was the absolute best! Super speedy service, very knowledgeable of the menu, food was fantastic. Highly recommend the avocado egg rolls. Jenna was the sweetest and made my birthday super special! Our bartender Jeff made our evening. He is so personable and made us feel right at home.
