Hands down THE BEST VEGETARIAN I have found in the MSP area! The meat and fish "substitutes" are home-made with natural ingredients, creativity and ingenuity and are by far the most tasty and appetizing I have ever tasted. I have been there twice and can't wait to go again! The chef/owner and all of the wait staff are so fun, friendly and excited about sharing their cooking and creations. It's so hard to decide what to order so we have to keep going back to...
Had the lunch special with an egg roll, orange tofu and white rice. Came with some raw broccoli and a couple slices of cucumber. Delicious and service was fast and friendly. I wish this was closer to me! Or maybe it’s good that it’s not because I’d spend all my money there.
Ordered the vegan sticky Jicama and ribs noodle salad. It tasted just like meat with a similar texture couldn’t believe it was vegan for a little bit. This is a fantastic spot for hearty meals with amazing flavor. That said the meal was a little pricey but it is well worth it
