Happy and helpful staff. They have cute things to purchase for the kitchen. Solid bakery items and options. Unreal food, our pasta was so good. I'll be back.

The food is always good here. I have tried quite a few menu items, and you really cannot go wrong. I am finally giving a review because my dinner tonight was unbelievably delicious. I love comfort food, so I ordered the turkey carver. Turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy that would bring your granny to tears. It was NEXT LEVEL GOOD!

One of my favorite lunch spots in the twin cities. Healthy options, quality/fresh food, staff is always attentive. Bakery items are elite. Highly recommend!

Great food and amazing bakery items! They have a huge selection of baked goods (at least if you come early enough, our group had gotten the last of two items at 8:30am on a Friday so some items go fast!)

Breakfast omelets & avocado toast were very filling yet still felt "light." The coffee was also very good, both as black coffee (must be medium roast?) and great specialty drinks (pumpkin spice latte & mochas were tried in our group).

Menus:
They have separate breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus so choose from the correct one depending what time you're there.

Service:
Check out menu then order at front. They will bring out food to your number. Them they will take away dishes when you're done. If you need a box, you can ask at the front desk.

Vegetarian options: Many main dishes are vegetarian with meat as an extra, at least for the breakfast menu we had.

Dietary restrictions: They have menu food dishes that are gluten free (GF) as well as dairy free (DF), but I didn't check baked goods.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking by entrance, only 1 or 2 spots though.

Food was made fresh and hot. Casual place with yummy menu selection. The service cafeteria style. Bakery items are delicious. Lucky Penne was delicious, the mushrooms, peas and bacon took first place over the Parmesan cream sauce in a good way. The bread sticks served with it had additional flavor and heat that paired well with the dish. Chicken club was good the kettle chips were excellent. We will come back.

Parking: On a busy day the parking will fill up.

Yesterday we had our company cater through Yum! with their boxed lunches of a variety of different sandwiches. All of the sandwiches were great, especially the tarragon chicken salad and steak. Having such a good experience with catering, we decided to go on a work lunch in person at their Minnetonka location today. Unfortunately, our experience was not good this time around. First off, everyone that works at this location seems to be pretty unhappy and not friendly, from the cashiers, kitchen staff, and food runners. Not friendly and all very stoic in demeanor; this seemed to be a commonality with the whole staff. Interesting. Doesn't feel welcoming at all.
Second, the food was not good. Two of us ordered the lemon chicken entree (which I've had in the past and was great) but both this time were not. The chicken had an odd taste to it and hardly had any meat on the bone...The skin was rubbery and didn't have that bright lemon flavor I remembered. Hardly got anything off the bone. The broccolini was okay but was undercooked. Mashed potatoes were cold.
The salmon and beet salad were also very mediocre. They served it without any dressing, and we had to revisit the line to ask them for dressing...Strange they didn't ask if we wanted dressing upon ordering - small cut of salmon, some nice crunchy romaine, a decent number of beets, but the whole salad was still a bit underwhelming.
The focaccia bread they serve with their soup and salads is not good. Tasted very stale.
The best thing had was the gumbo. Nice large bowl of it served over some rice. Great flavor! The only problem once again was the temperature; lukewarm.
Overall, I gave this review a higher rating due to our good experience with catering yesterday. Otherwise, it would have been knocked down another star.
